Writing and Thinking

Finally, I picked up the pen, [actually the keyboard] and felt like writing again.
I have a lot of thoughts going through my mind and this is a good release!
I am enjoying the cool morning with my patio door open and the fresh smell of new rain.
I have been spending time in prayer and today is quiet and peaceful.
I needed some alone time with God.

Yesterday I was extremely tired from lack of a good night's sleep on Saturday. I didn't make it to church, but did stay home and listened to several local services on the radio.
It was amazing how each Pastor's serman touched my soul and renewed my spirit.
I felt God was speaking directly to me and His message will forever stay in my heart.

It was nice gathering in the afternoon with my kids and little Cohen and Katy and Grampy and Grammy for pizza. Even though all of us were tired [except Grampy] It is a blessing to be together. We always miss Ryder, and wish he were with us.

I am going to enjoy the cool weather and do some baking!

I pray God will bless everyone I know with love and kindness today and a peaceful heart.
